i need help with dog breeding law florida lemond law?
Byi am planing to breed one litter of my little girl she is healthy and a great dog.i live in florida and wonder if because im only haveing one litter if it counts for me for the breeder part of the laws the lemond law.please dont post dont breed.i have found more than enough forever homes.

One litter is ALL it takes to make you a breeder.
Oh and healthy is she? SO she’s had all the proper health clearances ? OFA CERF etc.
Whether the puppy lemon law applies to you or not if you were a reputable breeder or planning on being one you would stand behind what you have produced and guarantee the genetic health of these pups for at LEAST two years.
And no the lemon law does not apply to you because its only one litter and under 20 pups in one calender year.
