What are the regualtions/laws about breeding dogs in California?

We would like to know what the law is for breeding. So if someone has the answer that would be greatly appreciated! =]

They maybe State laws, but local laws are more important. Each town, city or County maybe different. So, you probably be best to call your local animal control and ask for a pamphlet
