Do you believe in Animal communication?

I am talking about animal communication like in the show the Pet Psychic (Not teaching a dog signs and symbols etc.) Do you think you can mentally communicate with your animal? Have you done this?

Yes it is called empathy. My cats and snakes know when I’m sad or need comforting. Much like when I know when they are upset or need something from me. Humans and animals can and do form emotional bonds and one can know ,to a degree, what the other is thinking. And empathy is a form of mental/psychic communication.
