Why does my dog cough up flem like stuff when he exercises?

My dog is very healthy but it seems that every time he is running round with other dogs he gets excited and starts coughing and sometimes even coughs stuff up. Is this a problem?

That would be definitely abnormal. Can you give more details about your dog? Has your dog been checked by a vet recently? Personally I’d be a bit concerned about his heart.
